And that made us think, maybe we should make sure you know how you can work with us (and maybe you'll want to share that with your friends in the business world too ) So we're going to cover a few FAQ, but feel free to ask us any more questions you may have too!
What services do you offer? Right now, we are offering system builds & implementation. We'll design your workflows using industry best practices, then we'll actually build your software and automations out! Want ongoing support for your system, or help with refreshing it? Book a call and we can chat! Do you only work in TaxDome? No! We are talking about TaxDome a lot lately & we absolutely LOVE working in there, but that's not the only system we help build! We specialize in ClickUp, Dubsado, Zapier, Practice Better and more. Want something different for your business? Schedule a call and we can chat! Do you have set prices? While we do have some general price ranges, we want to support your unique business and processes, so we prefer to create a custom package that is the RIGHT fit for you. What is your background, and why do you know systems & automation? We are former accountants and operations pros who have worked with a variety of systems, industries, and professions and we know how to streamline things. In fact, making businesses work smarter, not harder, is our biggest strength. Want to consult on how to streamline your processes? We can help you with that because we've been doing it for nearly 15 years! How do I work with you? Start by booking a free 30 minute audit. We'll look at your business and its unique challenges, and make some recommendations for you on next steps. If we agree that building out your workflows and/or system are the RIGHT next step, we'll send you a contract and then we dive in. Typically a system build process takes 1-2 weeks, or it can be more if it is a larger system. Do you have availability right now? We have a few spots open in February, and we're starting to book March and April now. So if you want in, make sure you book your call ASAP to save your spot on the list!
