1. Create templates: Whether its emails, proposals, contracts, zoom invites, etc. you can create templates that you can use over and over and over again. Think about the amount of time you would save if you never had to rewrite a contract again? Or if you knew what emails you were going to send to help onboard that lead. It can save you hours for every single lead if you’re able to reach into your pool of resources and grab what you need, instead of writing a new email or proposal each & every time.

2. Use calendar scheduling tools to eliminate the back & forth. Whether you use calendly, dubsado or one of the many other scheduling apps, when you put the power in your leads hands to schedule that call, you are saving many emails (& the time it takes to write them), you are saving the delay they cause by going back & forth, and you are giving your leads the power they want to make purchasing decisions. They have the ability to schedule what works for them, and this gives them a great kickstart to their overall client experience by making it faster and easier.

3. Automate your proposals & contracts through Dubsado. We are HUGE fans of using simple technology to simplify your process. By using Dubsado (or a system like it), you can create a workflow that will automatically send out your proposals, contracts & more all at the click of a button. For example, our leads fill out a form on our website with a questionnaire. Once they complete this questionnaire, they are automatically able to book a discovery call. Once we have this call, they will automatically receive an invoice, a contract, and then a welcome email with next steps. We are automatically capturing their information and moving them through the process as quickly as possible.

4. Use a CRM to manage leads. If you’re not tracking where your leads are at, you’re missing out on an opportunity to onboard them quickly and give them that killer experience. You need to stay on top of where you’re at to avoid duplication, but also to avoid the time suck that can happen when you don’t closely monitor leads. Without tracking leads in a CRM, you may be taking weeks to convert instead of doing it quickly and efficiently.
